Jamie has been a master groomer for nearly 22 years. We built Rock Dog Pro inside our own shop, Rock Dog, in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Our story
We've always pushed for the best of the best: hiring only the best groomers, and using only the best equipment and supplies. We know those small choices add up. They're what turn a grooming shop into an elite service.
Today Rock Dog is the most popular grooming shop in our area. Even with 7 groomers turning out up to 40+ dogs a day, clients still book a few weeks out.
Over the years, one of our biggest challenges was finding a system as forward-thinking as we are. We tried the big-name grooming systems and some of the smaller ones. None of them felt like they were made by someone who understood the business.

Is Rock Dog Pro the same as Rock Dog, the grooming salon?
They're family, not the same thing. Rock Dog is Jeff and Jamie Johnson's grooming salon in West Little Rock, and its website is rockdogwlr.com; book a groom there. Rock Dog Pro is the software company they built inside that salon, sold to grooming, boarding and daycare businesses everywhere. This site is only about the software.
Does Rock Dog Pro charge per user?
No, and it never will. Every membership includes unlimited staff logins, whether you have 1 groomer, 5 or 50.
